Monarch members will enjoy complimentary parking all-year round at Terminal 2 Car Park – 2A & 2B, Terminal 3 Car Park – 3A & 3B, Terminal 4 Car Park – 4A & 4B, and Terminal 1/Jewel Car Park (B3 to B5 general lots only).
This membership is Changi’s invite-only membership. From my point of view, it is similar to the Amex Platinum Charge Credit Card situation. You pay for practically everything and gain more benefits the more you visit Changi or Jewel.
This is a membership that does not disclose its membership terms but in theory, the membership calls for an expenditure of S$25,000 per annum within the Changi Rewards Program.
Members will receive the following benefits:
- 4% rebates (8x Changi Rewards points) at participating Changi Airport outlets, no cap to points
- All year-round complimentary parking across Changi Airport Terminals and Jewel carparks with selected reserved Monarch carpark lots
- Ultra-personalised dedicated concierge service by our Monarch Concierge

- Invites to exclusive events and experiences
