Are you looking to use Shell recharge? These stations are all located in selected Shell Petrol stations. These stations are designed to have 2 chargers (Type 2 & CCS Fast charger) with 1 parking lot to service the 2 plugs.
Currently the only way to use these chargers is to have a Greenlots account. Learn how to sign up here.
After signing up for a Greenlots account, you will need to link a credit/debit card to it. An important information Greenlots did not mention is they do not accept Amex cards or any UOB cards.
It took me a long time to find that out after numerous communication with the support agent but after trying so many cards, I finally got a DBS card that could be connected with no errors.
