Getting my first Electric Vehicle or EV was a tough decision, its my first time owning a EV. It is a different lifestyle from a normal petrol / diesel car with a normal combustion engine. We have gotten used to stopping by the pump for a few minutes to get the car filled with fuel before continuing for another week before needing another refill.
I just gotten this Nissan Leaf and I would like to share my experience owning an EV in Singapore. It is a different ballgame and the EV you choose does matter a lot. I’ll be sharing my experiences with EV ownership in Singapore. No mainstream media telling you how many charging stations are there going to be build anymore.
I hope this blog will help you make informed decisions about a EV purchase in Singapore, I would say that the Nissan leaf 2019 model isn’t the best but the only reason why I bought it is because it has a lithium ion battery and has more flexible charging options.
